  • Our minimum night stay for guests is 5 nights.

  • 10 guests is our maximum.

  • Check-in is 2:00 PM

  • A deposit equivalent to 3 nights is required to secure your booking.

    • High Season (3 January – Easter Sunday): 21 days notice required

    • Low Season (Easter – 19 December): 14 days notice required

    • Festive Season (20 December – 2 January): 60 days notice required

  • Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

  • Yes! Pet’s are welcome.

  • We don’t have a designated fitness area although our garden is large and expansive. We do have a 2 canoes and a paddle board you are free to use at the beach below the house. We do have lots of space for yoga or mat workouts.

  • We have Starlink 290mbs.

  • All of our bedrooms offer air conditioning. The communal spaces are open air to outdoors and do not have it.

  • We have a gated entry, cameras and an alarm system. The area Southfork in is very safe.

  • We have enough parking for 10 vehicles should you need.
